From estate to boardroom in 2 minutes

One FFB truck followed from harvest record to executive dashboard: figures recorded at the estate are reused at the weighbridge, grading, mill report and ledger without retyping.

Screen recording of the app in English with demo data, 2:12, with synthetic English voice-over (text-to-speech). English captions are burned in and available as text (CC). The weighbridge indicator runs in simulation mode.
Read the narration transcript
  1. From estate to boardroom.
  2. It all starts at the estate. The foreman records the harvest in the BKM: block, harvesters and bunches by ripeness grade. The system calculates premiums and estimated tonnage straight away.
  3. The crop clerk issues a dispatch note from bunches not yet collected. The load estimate is bunches times the block's average bunch weight, so nobody has to type this figure again.
  4. At the mill, the operator simply chooses the dispatch note. Truck and estate details fill in by themselves. In this demo the weighing indicator runs in simulation mode; the weight is taken once stable, and the net weight is calculated automatically.
  5. The grader enters the grade fractions. The deduction is calculated with a single weighted formula and comes straight off the ticket's net weight.
  6. Leakage becomes visible. The dispatch note estimate is compared with the mill's net weight, and shrinkage above tolerance is flagged immediately.
  7. At the end of the shift, the lab fills in the daily mill report. OER and KER are calculated as total CPO and kernel divided by total FFB processed, not from averaged percentages.
  8. In finance, the FFB net weight from the weighbridge becomes the basis for cost per kilo. Transactions with a monetary value post their own journal entries, so the profit and loss and balance sheet do not wait for a month-end summary.
  9. Directors see the result on the executive dashboard: CPO production, extraction rate, cash, budget absorption and open findings. One figure, recorded once, used all the way to the boardroom.
